    Soft snuggly beds

Well, our new member Shanley gave me the idea to offer the garters a soft bed-- I found this little fluffy, fleece bed at Petco and set it in the nook of a branch. And Miriam seems to really enjoy it!!!

I'm not sure if it was just put in the perfect location or if she really likes the feel, but I'm going to get some more for everyone else. Mordecai doesn't seem to have found it yet. Thanks, Shanley, I got the idea from your popsicle stick and fabric bed!! :-)

Scoff at me if you will, but Miriam is spending most of her time in it. She rests her little head over the side and just gazes out at the world. Oh, you KNOW you are all now thinking of nice soft snakey beds...

Not quite. I'm thinking of nice soft snakey beds smeared with poo that will dry to a nice permanent crust.
