    Hey guys!

Hello all. Sorry I have been away for so long. It has been a hectic couple of months! Just an update for all of you who were interested in my summer project. I feel I did very well for as much of it as I could. I didn't get as many photos as I would have liked to. It was a real challenge to take the photos and hold the animals at the same time. haha And for some reason, my friends would only go with me once. I guess they didn't like it as much as I did. As for the journals. I think I did really good. I was very thorough. I came up with some great numbers and stats. I don't know if I will try to publish them or anything. But I did educate a TON of people while I was doing it. I ran into so many people while I was doing my project, and believe it or not I actually changed some peoples minds about snakes. I got one lady who hated snakes to hold one, and after that she considered keeping a pet garter! How cool is that?! But other than that I got really busy with my photography business over the summer. It got to the point where my only free time was spent editing photos for shoots I had done. Then in August I began work on the haunted house that I build and operate. This year is our first year pro so we really had to step it up to get the show going. And since then the haunted house has become my second (demented) home lol. We are super busy with that but the season is almost over. And then its back to my photography business. I also want to tell you guys about my new projects. My friend and I are getting into fish tank building and designing. It seems like a lot of fun. So on top of all my craziness I am now doing a ton of research about fish and tanks. And as soon as haunt season is over I will probably be back on here a little more. And don't worry. Even though I am doing my project with the fish and their lives, garter snakes are still my favorite! lol. Anyway I hope you all are doing well. And having wonderful times with all the garters! Oh and on a side note. I love the new site layout. I don't know when it was done and that might show how long its been since I have been on here. But I think it looks great. Ok rant over. See ya!
It'll feel better when it stops hurting.

They are not just snakes. They're garter snakes.
