Found a nice little female

I found this nice little brown female out back behind my work. We work in a heavy populated area, but there are railroad tracks behind the shop. I had seen a few others, but they usually get through the fence before I can grab them. This girl was sitting under a piece of wood I have been checking for a few years now!!! Anyways, I really like her brown color, I have nothing like her in my collection.

I don't think she is, as she is actually pretty small, maybe 12 inches or so. But she's been feeding well on something!!

Taking a second and closer look I think you are right about her not being gravid. She's had her babies this year.

I will keep her if she does well in the next week or two. And by that I mean start eating well, ect. So far she has been pretty calm, and seems to be doing well, but she did not take the f/t fish I offered, I will try some worms, and last case senerio maybe some live fish. If all fails, back to the wild she will go.
