Hi there, I have had my snake for about 10 months now.. And even after all this time I still haven't come up with a name I like. Has anyone got any suggestions?

    a picture would be awesome

is there a story behind the snake?

some of mine got their name by things happening to them

Sticks - got badly stuck to a piece of 2 sided tape on cardboard, was nearly flat as a pancake when I found her took me nearly an hour with a q-tip to peel her up. I was probably bitten about 50 times, was a yearling, shes now a 4 ft long corn snake.

Zira - I was watching the box set of planet of the apes at the time.

Slider - Attacked by one of my cats, large piece of tail missing, has a different slither pattern. Cat no longer lives with me

Spot - Red-sided that has 2 black spots by the head and near the tail.

I named my two babies from their look. My flame, who has a lot of red, is named RED. my anery, who is black/grey/white/blue, is SMOKE.

My adult was caught a Spoon River. So I called him Spooner. (plus I had just watched I, Robot )

    How about "Voldemort"?

Or "Nemo"? (That was Odysseus' way of responding to the Cyclops - it means something similar to "No One").
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

Makes me think of that Bard from Final Fantasy IV, or that guy that reviews bad video games and Reb Brown movies.
