Milk snake was biting enclosure
I caught a decent sized milk snake in my bedroom that was way too skinny so I kept her for a month and fed her got her fat again and was debating releasing her (This house kills snakes, I try to rehab as many as I can, I caught three this month already, one was almost doa =(). She is completely docile. Never struck or musked. Took food on the first try. Doesn't love being handled but doesn't bite, just runs.
I changed cages to a clear one, for a few days she was fine, fed her. After she came out of the food coma she spent the next two days biting at the clear plastic. I cooled her down a bit, added some hides, fed her again and I've only seen her try one more time......
Thoughts?
thanks.

It's all about the Fuzzies
Re: Milk snake was biting enclosure
Again, I'm sure this will get moved, but sounds like she just needs more time to settle in. I know you said you added hides. Make sure she has at least one hide on the cool side and one on the warm side of the enclosure. More hides are always better
Tami
Oh. Because you know, it seems to me that, aside
from being a little mentally ill, she's pretty normal.
