I've got an orange radix also. Not as brilliant as yours but close.

@Steve; Nope, I bred a tangerine female to a normal male(with bright orange dorsal, second picture on my website, under Thamnophis radix 'normal' ).
Roughly 50% is getting nice and orange.
Next year, I'll have a nice orange male ready to mate with the orange females. Hoping for some nice Tangerine's (Orange bellies, orange dorsal, reddish brown sides and orange spots on their flanks)

@Chondro; They are getting quite nice now. They've only had two sheds, but they sure look promising once again!
