Last night I found my Nova(T.radix female) taking a late dip in her pool. I grabbed a few photos. I love the way the red influence in her has even affected her dorsal scales.

They are all beautiful. Some just a little bit more flashy.
My favorite radix is the one I can pick up right outside my door. Nothing flashy at all. Just a normal coloring phase for the area..

I look at my snakes differently too... But in the sense that I admire them more and more, they may not have flashy colours, but they have the cutest little faces! Not to mention their adorable personalities. Nova is beautiful too, of course! She has such vibrant colouring
