The vet gave this to me for my snake. Unfortunately she passed away a couple days ago. There is only 1 reptile vet in my area and I was just interested in finding out more info

As far as I know it's used to mix a vaccine or meds with. It's basically just sterile water is it not?

It is a sterile water. Can be used for injections, mixing meds and irrigation of wounds. What was wrong with your snake?

She had some type of infection. She had bumps pushing there way out and a couple had to be removed as they were rather large. The biopsy hasn't come back yet. He told me it was an antibiotic and I gave her an injection once a day. No wonder she didn't get better

I think that was what the vet used to dilute the Baytril for the injections that she gave me for Tikki.

Yup, just plain old sterilized, distilled water. Until you open the container and expose it to air from outside, that is, then it won't be sterile anymore.
