I have a couple of guesses, but Nerodia isn't one of them. Naturally, I could be wrong.

edit: that seems to be an archive photo, there's no telling where in the world it originates from.

Looks like a trans-pecos rat snake - dont know scientific name but here

not even the right color for trans pecos. I think it's a european species.

Interesting Stefan, how do you ever find these things??

Google image search, search term "two-headed snake", look for the same picture or the same snake, check if it's a part of an article and if that article mentions the species.

There's probably an easier way.

I thought maybe you just right clicked the picture, then checked the properties...

Google image search is awesome, use it a lot.
