    please identify :(

    I bought this little guy a couple of weeks ago as a chequred but I'm not so sure he is. I thought he might be a black necked but I'm not certain.

    It's a checkered
    Keeping - 'Florida blue' sirtalis, concinnus, infernalis, parietalis, radix, marcianus and ocellatus.

    it's definitely a checkered... beautiful head! i don't know why checkereds are considered such low end snakes... a good looking checkered is hard to beat!

    Thanks everyone, I just wasn't 100% sure because her markings are different to my other chequred and the markings behind his head look different too.

    They share similar habitat in the wild and quite possible have the same root. The collar at the head is actually very common for these guys
