    Newbie from Cali

Hey peoples, didn't think I'd register at anymore snake/reptile forums but I've been thinking a lot about Garters lately and I really do like them, and getting back into them soon, found this site and figured why not. Right now I own a Variable Kingsnake and two kenyan sand boas, and I'm going to a reptile expo in September and I was considering all my options and I keep coming back to garter snakes even, and it's not just cause their cheap, I was thinking about snakes up to nearly $100 but again come back to Garters, they were my first snake and I remember them being lots of fun and would like to give them another try. I'm also obessed with snake care and information, so I'll probably be combing these forums for every bit of info I can So yeah that's it for now, look forward to posting pics of new garter in the future.

    Hello and welcome.
They're still lots of fun. Looking forward to seeing a photo or 12 of your new snake.

Thanks everyone, yeah I really do look forward, I think I will have lots more fun this time around, specially since I'll be able to take MUCH better care of them. I mean when I was a kid had no computer, no resources, I read plenty ABOUT snakes but their care is a different thing, back when depended on the pet store clerk to inform you on how to correctly take care of your pet, now I knows those pet store GOONS probably knew less about snakes than I did when I was 14 ha. This time I'll be fully capable of providing excellent care to ensure my snakes live a healthy life
