    Fran or Sanchez?

I finally managed to get some reasonably clear (actually not that clear but maybe clear enough?) photos of my wriggly little tetra and was wondering if you might be able to tell me if I have been left with Fran or Sanchez? Thanks guys!

Looks like a male to me. Stays wide for awhile after the vent. I say male. Body size also tells me male.

The body size is a funny one with this little creature... This is one of my "eternal babies". Though it is growing now, it's certainly taking its time.

I hate to break the news to you. That's not a Garter. It's one of those cheap China "look-a-likes" I'll take it off your hands. I don't mind. I'll even pay for the shipping.
It's just the kind of guy I'm am. No thanks necessary.

I say first photo, female. Second, Male. If there's 3 then the last would be male, also.
