Idle radixs mean trouble. Here we have a group of youth just hanging around. Just before I took this undercover photo, this group accosted an elderly female as she was on her way home from the market. They took her pinkies! The unidentified female stated "those hooligans need to get a job" It's a sad situation in this country when the brightest of our young radixs turn to crime!
