Welcome to the forum Mandy!
If you go to the classified's page, you'll see the row of tabs at the top, then the thick green bar below that with "Welcome Schnurpel21" on it, and then the darker bar, and below that there's a slimmer bar - if you look at the very right hand corner of that, you'll see "Place an Ad". Hoep that helps!

You may have to wait a bit before you can place an ad if you just signed up...not sure about that, but I think that's how it works...
