Ghost Shrimp?

Is it ok to feed my ribbons ghost shrimp? They're all over the lakes here and they sell them cheap at pet stores. I was just wondering because it seems like something they'd probably eat if they came across them in a lake.

Impaction is when your snake eats something not easily digestable or not digestable at all (such as your substrate) which results in the thing it ate basically getting stuck in its digestive system.

Oh yikes, that doesn't sound good. Is there anything that can be done about it and can it cause death?

Certain things can be done, but it's far from guaranteed to work and yes, it can cause death.
