    Question Is This a Coincidence?

    Fellow Garter Addicts
After my (non)gravid Garter, Jacqueline, had her babies Saturday morning, I then thought, just in case my Herp Vet also mis-diagnosed my other plump female, Samantha, as being non-gravid, I removed Jacqueline from the tank to give Samantha space and remove any possible stress from having Jacqueline sliding around (as the proud Moma) the tank...
Is it just a coincidence that during the early hours on Sunday morning Samantha then had her babies as well???
Can them having their babies only 12 hours apart be only a coincidence or... did removing Jacqueline from the tank, after she had her babies, remove stress from Samantha, allowing her to feel comfortable to release her babies after being in the tank alone....?
I don't know why this has me so intrigued other than to try and understand what causes stress in our Garters we all love so much and how we can possibly remove their causes of their stress.
I just had a weird feeling Saturday eveing that removing Jacqueline would encourage Samantha, if she was indeed gravid, to release her babies.
My wife and 2 kids thought I was being pyschic and just too weird when I told them Sam would have her babies soon.
Looking forward to everyone's thoughts on this?

I aplogize if this is basic Garter care 101, which I freely admit I have so much to learn to from everyone I really do appreciate everyone's help and support!
    Thanks!
    Jack

One possibility Jack, Since both were wild caught, May I presume from rather near each other??

Although gestation may vary, size/number of babies, size, age of mom... etc.

    Ah to heck with it..

In all honesty, My best estimation would be sheer coincidence, we could try to hypothesize all night, but in the end, it was coincidental.

    Wayne,
Actually, Samantha was caught in Plymouth, MI outside of Detroit and Jacqueline was caught near Rittman, OH west of Akron. Both were caught within 2 weeks of each other early to mid-June...
It just seemed funny as son as I removed Jacquleine, Sam had her babies...

I tried to come up with a sound theory, but no could do. too many variables. I have seen moms lock up on the same day deliver weeks apart.
