Mr Rookie update!!

hey folks, I havent posted in a while, but I have been lurking lol. well I figered we needed a Rook update. he has grown since I last posted pics, but not much, he was just under 19" before and now he is just over 19" lol. anyway here are some pics of my little buddy!

11 months. its possable Rook is a female too though, we dont know for sure, he seems to have many female outward features, but he also has... what appears anyway.. to be male parts lol

im thinking rook is a rooke, 11 months !!??!?! hes huge for 11 months...especially if its a boy. Do you have a scanner by any chance? if you do, put rook into a clear cup and place it on the scanner, then upload the image, theres a good chance we can give you an accurate answer.

Hey Justin, great example pics! Rook does look like a female.

You're just the person we need to talk to. With albino garters, when you hold them up to the light, can you see a dark shadow behind the vent in the male and/or female? Any idea what that might be, and if it says anything about what gender the snake is?
