    Sharp-tailed snake

I went out today because it was very nice and hoping to find a gopher or any snake and i looked under my 4 black mats that i put out to attract snakes and i found a baby sharp-tailed snake it's soo small and cute(only about half a gram), has some nice red too, i wish they were easy to keep itss sooo cute,
i will post pics i guess
i guess its herping season now, any california/bay area members know good places to herp?
    thanks,

Congrat's. Reed. Starting to find a few herps here in SC as well. Plenty of salamanders and frogs and a few snakes and Green Anoles.
