    Salmon! I just buy a fillet and cut it into strips, then freeze them on sheets of wax paper so they don't stick together. Throw 'em in a freezer bag, and we have lunch for a couple months!

    but don't feed to much fillet.
    there just the skinn, nothing like the insides or the ''bones'' and stuff, so they don't get all they need.
