    eureka

I had a lovely experience yesterday
I fed the two maritimes - Jasper and Chloe - we'd gotten from Terry
Jasper has been a picky eater and Chloe never ate in front of me
yesterday Jasper wolfed down two pinkies and Chloe three - right from my hand!
I even got to practice a new skill
there was one pinkie, Chloe had passed over and I managed to post it after her second one
and then she wouldn't let go of my hand and we ended up hanging out for a while

I'll have to take some of Jasper soon

It's really special when the snakes seem to enjoy being with you. Maybe she knew it was your birthday? She was only a day late with her "present".

Great news, Rhea. It's always such a relief when they start to eat 'in earnest'.

She's really beautiful, Rhea!! That's awsome that they ate so well for you. It's always such a huge relief, like James said. :-)
