    Success!!!!! :-)

YES!!!! Finally!!!!! The smaller garter finally ate part of a pinky!!!!!! I had minnows, salmon pieces, and pinky parts all in a shallow water dish and, as always, she would spit out anything that landed in her mouth that wasn't a minnow-- and after doing the same thing today for the past hour she dove after a minnow, hit the pinky, and this time ATE IT!!!!!!! Wooo hooo--- I feel so much better knowing she's eating more than just the fish-- hopefully she will continue!!!!

:-) This is the biggest thing she's ever eaten, too. Hey, maybe she'll grow some now!!!

Well, not every step is a sep forward. I just want to point out that I told about mating before my snakes both took a step backwards. Well, one stepped off the stage and the other one forgot its lines.
