    Shed while pregnant?

    Im new on this forum, so the first thing is Hello!,
    I have 3 thamnophis some months ago, i think one of they is pregnant, here the question.
    Is it posible she shed while pregnant?

    Agreed. I've had female give birth shortly after shedding and some that shed long after giving birth.

    I'm thinkingT. p. proximus (Western ribbon snake). If so, she does look thick for a ribbon snake. Colleagues? I hope they are the same species, if she does turn out to be gravid. Hybrids would not be a good thing.
    Can you post a photo of the other cage mates?

    Of course!

    The seller told me were T.Sauritus, but i´m with you i think
    they are T. proximus.

    Not really sure about the sex of the 3, but seller told me they bred the last year, so 1.1.1 at the moment.

    I´m from spain, here it is difficult find more subspecies of this snake

    The seller maybe correct as I am not an expert on ribbons. Might be T. s. sauritus (Eastern ribbon snake)
