Buying garters this time of year?

Hey all I was wondering how I could buy a snake this time of year, I think Scott felzer is out right? And nobody has some for sale in the classifieds, I posted a thread in the wanted section but no response, I was wondering if anybody has a red sided garter they would let go for a reasonable price
