Thought it might be good we have a Lacey Act reference thread.
Collecting certain species and shipping them out of State can be very costly.
Please take note of Pg. 11-18 The Lacey Act is real and does involve our hobby. The penalties/fines are real.

maybe we could get and find all the info collected for each state for anyone like me thinking about buying/selling garters so that they can be informed and we dont see posts like "i just got fined for..."
