Garters in the UK

Where is the best place to get Garter's in the UK? I've seen some on 888reptiles but are there any good breeders around? I live in London so somewhere nearby would be good

Its probably best to buy from a breeder. try putting an add in the classified here and at RFUK.

That website in the link labeled an eastern as "Northern gater" with a pic of a red sided thats spectacular.

There are a number of people here from the U.K. and I've seen posts on the reptile forums u.k. of very pretty animals.
spring, and babies will be coming soon so don't get too impatient if it takes a bit to turn up somebody you like and trust.

Most shops in the UK are not the best to say the least when it comes to garters. Stick to hobbist breeders as they take pride in there animals. I should have some surplus young available this year including blue pickeringii, sirtalis , cuitzeos and a few others I'm working on a website but do have a Facebook page.

Looking at the photos there some of the nicest young chequerds I have seen! Also look out for a Peter Williams (scorpion0151) , he breeds some top stuff.

Also this breeder is a top guy from holland that maybe in Doncaster again in September if he gets enough reserves. I can not recommend him enough.
