    A little midday treat.

So for the last couple of days around 6 or 7 PM (before the sun goes completely down) I have been putting Lucy's tank out on the balcony, it is almost always cool and dry inside and she seems to really be enjoying the heat(80-85 degrees Fh) and humidity. This is also to help her with her shed. Don't worry she cant get out of her tank in anyway shape or form.

I've put my snakes out on my balcony (in the shade) while being fumigated a few times recently. I didn't notice a huge difference in the garters but my two milk snakes were more active than usual.

Sunlight through glass can really up the heat in a tank so please be careful.

My snake enjoy anytime they can get some sun and grass time. It's hard to take the wild out of them.

Sometimes I'll take mine outside in a container to swim, with a rock or something so he can get out of the water, if he wants. I always keep him in the shade, but he seems like it. Getting all the "wild" smells on his tongue, and all that kind of stuff.

Souns like a nice afternoon for your snakey
