Hello, I am Cynthia but my friends call me Cent. I own an Albino Checker Garter snake named Orchid. She is my pet snake. I do breed Corn Snakes, but I have always had a soft spot for garter snakes. Saw her at the reptile show and well she has been with me since. She has her own custom built viv my friend Patrick made for her. She is on a feeder guppy diet and I have yet to try and convert her to rodents. she was born 5.24.12. I look forward to meeting everyone and learning more. Thank you for your time.

Orchid looks beautiful, I myself also have albino checkereds and a few corns. From my personal experience I found it easy to convert them to pinkies with a little fish scenting.

Welcom to the forum, Cent! It's nice to meet you and Orchid. She's beautiful.
I would recommend feeding her a varied diet if possible. If she'll eat night crawlers, those are good for feeding. I feed my snakes a mixure of fish, pinky and night crawlers, with an odd bits of egg whites(with a little yolk).Chantel
