I must be Terminal Garter Snakes.

For the last year I've toyed with the idea of re-homing all my non-garter species.
    I finally started that process.
Tonight, 5 of those snakes left the Ranch to a good home.
I let my pair of hypo-melanistic bull snakes, pair of gray banded kings and a ball python go tonight.
My fox snakes are next to leave in a couple of days.
I will miss them all but, I want to concentrate on the best species of all Thamnophis.

    Sirtalis!
People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually, from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint, it's more like a big ball of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff.

Sounds like and awesome idea. I know the ranch could always use more garters!

Also Steve I'm no expert, nor do I claim to be, but if I'm not mistaken, Thamnophis is the best genus....

....Please correct me if I'm wrong any one....

No, that sounds pretty right. But yeah more space for garters.

Probably a bit hard letting them go.

I know I've been a bit tempted to trade Fry in for a more friendlier model to make room for maybe a nice pair of female garter, but I'm finding it hard to do.

Just think about the space you've got for garters now - either more room for the current headcount, or a couple more large vivs for new heads.

    (PS: Go Mexican.)

I would correct you if you were wrong but you are correct. The error was all mine. Guess I had radix on the brain at that moment.

I can understand getting rid of the non Garter snakes...
I love my banana cali king snake... but she is BORING lol She is only active when she is hungry, then I feed her n she hides n sleeps for the next week!
She is nice to hold though, so chilled out n will just sit in my pocket n watch the world go by, or bite me...
I like my Thamnophis way better.

The very reason I came home from the expo with a concinnus baby instead of a corn...the garters were whispering to me when I was looking at the corns and kings...."Ungrateful, unloyal...how could you even think about another snake? You know you want another garter...get another garter". Lol....

Yep...I'm certifiably garter addicted. Now, if I start hearing the garter voices telling me to "kill kill kill"...you guys should get concerned! Ha ha ha....
