Talking Gravid female in the livingroom

So, we defintitely have a gravid female in the house.

We got the news yesterday that Char is carrying a baby boy! It's been a tense 19 weeks waiting for test results back, because we know I have a genetic issue in the family, but the test results we got yesterday show that the baby has inheritted my good chromosomes and the good ones from his mother.
So far we've had five scans and each one looked good, but we've had to wait until this test result to break the news widely - although anyone that's seen Char for the last 5-6 weeks will have known because it's been pretty obvious.

So, not the sort of gravid female you would have thought from the title.

I wanted to point out that the pregnancy is the main reason I fell off the radar for a while. It's difficult to talk to people and not tell them something this big. That and the fact that we've had a very stressful time so far and I've been quite unwell. Rest assured this boy will be handling before he's walking!
