A friend of us was in Mexico lately for some project for a childrens home.
I told her there were garters and ribbons living there and she should keep an eye out. Well.....she did !! Not knowing she took pics of a snake I was hoping for, she sent me these yesterday....
It's a Thamnophis proximus orarius (Gulf coast ribbon) female and missing quit a bit of her tail.
