    Re: real genius?????

my neighbor 2 weeks ago, came across a snake, she almost stepped on it. She said it didn't do anything to her, but she was still scared. Come to find out it was a ribbon. I never saw it, I was not feeling good, & was in bed that whole day!

She let the older boys next door let it loose back in their yard.

I have found 2 different kinds of snakes in my backyard, never once did I try to hurt it in anyway. I took pics, & left it alone.

Stephanie - Some people are like that. There are several people that will not even come in to our house!

Even have one neighbor bent on trying to stop us from keeping snakes, said they could escape and attack my kids

Stupid freaks don't even realize my kids help feed the snakes.

Heck, Samantha (age 12) is in the snake room right now with her mom feeding the ribbons.

Sadly many people are pre-programmed by parents to hate/fear snakes.

The joke lying in the fact that he'd use her cat as opposed to some one else's.

Well, the real joke would have been that her border collie would have been a bit too heavy to swing properly, but I suppose you would have needed to know that she had one.

Anyway, I did feel like smacking her upside the head.

The name of this thread cracks me up every time I see it. I keep thinking of the Budweiser commercials, "Real Men of Genius"!
