ok yeah... it doesn't just sprout up..... o it might be the betadine making it that color lol woops... maybe the cat scratched her there or something.... to me it all looks fine except for the bump....... i'm thinkin it's either swelling, an infection (which it shouldn't be if you're using betadine) or possibly internal bleeding? is she still eating and passing food well?

well I had been holding off on feeding her since the incident because I was afraid to for a while. Just today is the first time Ive fed her since and even so only 3 small worms. We'll see how it goes through her. hopefully without any problems

yeah..... just watch her really closely.... if it comes up it's probably internal injuries too but from the outside it looks ok.....

I would expect much of the discolouration on the venter to disappear when Snakems sloughs in the next few days.
