Oh, I like the leopard gecko!
As for the screen, I know in my head what I'd do with it, but I'm not sure I can explain it without writing a full page essay and confusing the daylights out of myself and everyone else.
I'll wait and see what Wayne has to say!

OK the sliding thing does change perspective a bit.

A pine board secured along the middle would work. A ruler would be too flimsy to cut notches into it.

I had to get a cord into Limons cage, I cut a small groove in the edge of the wood, just enough for the cord to SLIDE into the notch.

Well, I"m not going to buy a new tank. I could just buy a new lid. Or I could use the 10 gallon i have. but that seems a little small.
