The Great List
Kay, so I was thinking: With all of us garter specialists, we should know who's breeding what so we know who to contact in case some one wants a species or if it's ever necessary to provide detailed species/subspecies care sheets.
So, post after this with ONLY the following information:
Name
Location (Country, and other DETAILED information)
Species + variety being bred and number of BREEDERS/BREEDING PAIRS/GRAVID FEMALES
((Number of babies available can be added as (0.0.x) even if sexed))
DETAILED contact information (E-mail, phone, etc.)
**For any updates, we can ask James the Super Mod to add the changes. :P

Re: The Great List
You should create a new thread for comments / questions.. Leaving this one only for the information you originally requested. (Once that is done have a mod move my post over...)
Each person selling could edit their post when stock changes.
I think having an image next to the snakes you have for sale would be a great addtion to this thread..
Great Idea! Im sure I will buy something soon from someone. Do most of you take paypal? Or whats the deal?

Of course we already have the Classified section, which you can easily edit/update and add photos to. Plus, if they're in the Classifieds, they're available. I can't really see the benefit of the 'Great List'.

Well, I've noticed not a lot of people use the classifieds, and this gives us an idea of exactly what every one has.

That's true Kyle, but the list would soon become outdated, and as Amanda says, there's the problem of editing older posts. Also, just because someone has a species on their list, doesn't mean they're breeding, or have neonates available.
There's already a thread about "What Garters have you got".

I have to agree with James, this isn't a very good solution.

Re: The Great List
Eh. But it can't hurt... *shrugs*
My main worry is the editing thing.
