I've made an offer on a new (old) house!

It isn't exactly a beautiful house. It was built in the late 1800's. The entire house (not counting the attic) is a little over 3448 sq. ft. I figured it couldn't hurt to show you this much even if I don't get it.

Oh, but it has character! I like the dormers on the third floor and the cut off corners on the first floor. Hope you get it.

I moved to Michigan from North Carolina. We always had a houseful with 4 teenaged boys and one girl and all their friends. Not to mention it always seemed that some relative or nother needed a place to stay for a few weeks or months. I guess maybe now I'm hoping that since we'll have some room we can fill it up! So, as to your question james, yes I'll adopt you. But I must warn you....you must be willing to live with a lot of snakes, ok.... and lizards too.

Actually, just out of curiosity, I was searching online for real estate in Michigan last night.... I chose a lovely lake-side property... only $3.8 million!
