All of it is free and M$ actually puts out a few good tools for maintaining your site. Live Writer and Live Photo Gallery.. Live Photo Gallery makes is really really really easy to upload pics and provides an easy method to link out to them to sites like this.

Windows Live Services

The least I can do is take up some of Bill's hardrive space somewhere Im not a big M$ fan but these tools are useful.

I have also tried adding a few of you to messenger via this web-app however IE blocks the activeX.. not sure why. Ill try to add by hand.
