Personally, I think it would be more important to strictly follow the rules, if there was a prize associated with the contests. I think it's just a funny tongue-and-cheek picture that isn't going to win the photo contest anyway (based on current standings). Yet, this is our forum, so majority rules, as always.

True, but a picture derived from it is about to win the caption contest. Don't get me wrong, it's funny and it deserves to win and I don't think it would be right to let the runner-up win through disqualification.
