Hello everyone! My name is Kalah and I am looking into getting a garter. I have never been a snake person, so this thought seems a little crazy. I have never owned a reptile of any kind, but own lots of other animals. Funny enough, I do have experience in caring for snakes and reptiles. I volunteer at a place that has several snakes among other reptiles (including a 10' alligator and an 18' python). I have learned how to care for all of them (handling some of them). I am just starting my research on garters and a setup to house them. I think I will probably do a vivarium. I want to create as natural of an enclosure as I can.
Sorry if I bored anyone, lol. I've never been on a forum setting before. I look forward to seeing all that this forum has to offer!
