Can garter snakes be housed with other species of snakes?

I have 4 eastern garter snakes living together (peacefully, no issues. If anything they seem happier to live together) and I just aquired a northern ringneck which is also said to be social, so in the future do you think I would be able to house them together, or is it better to keep them apart? The ringneck is still a baby so I definitely am keeping them apart for now but when it's full grown it'll still be smaller then the garters so even though ringnecks sometimes eat smaller snakes they'll never be big enough to eat the garters, and garters don't eat other snakes, right?

I would not recommend housing the Ringneck - Diadophis punctatus edwardsii with other snakes as it is a snake eater. It will stress all the snakes involved.

Garters do sometimes eat other snakes.

They eat "smaller" snakes, in which case it'll never be big enough to eat the garters. Are you saying it still might attempt it? Does that mean if a non-snake eater lives with garters it would be okay?

Attempt it or not it still puts undue stress on all the snakes.
