HA HA it's not so much a UK thing, it's more of a Jodi thing. It's not really a word it's just what I say when I finally understand something, I suppose it should really be 'ah' but then people might think it's a typo of 'ha' and then I would appear crazy for laughing (and misspelling) all the time. Even my friends find it hard to understand my typing sometimes because I type it down how I think it in my head but then there's no pitch or tone difference to make it make sense.

in most cases it is intended to describe something that doesn't fit quite right, wobbly, or askew.

Yep...I just use it to mean something is off or not working right...like my computer went wonky..."started having technical issues". I have no idea where I picked it up.
