i was thinking that. He had agreat idea and I love these forums. So out of the around 9000 people that belong it seems to me that we ( our group ) are the only ones that are really around anymore. Is it really like that cause i dont really see much more then us few

The membership numbers are inaccurate, as with any forum. When the spam bots hacked the "CAPTCHA" (human verification script) Nearly every forum on the net got hammered with tons of computer generated accounts.

So maybe there could be a “NAD” (Non-activity drop) flag set on accounts. Say no posts from a member in two years, then they are flagged, a warning sent to the account holder regarding the pending drop. Then say no reply within X days they are taken off the membership rolls?

In my lodge, we lose 3-4 members each year for this very thing. It helps us to keep informed of those who really want to be a part of something.
