Re: Please help me with my garter snake!
I was unable to find any information with regards to these fish containing Thiaminase.
When in doubt, don't feed.
With guppies and mollies on the safe fish side hopefully there are other options to feed.
Just my opinion.

Yes.
I still can't believe how he escaped. I seriously thought he wasn't long enough to do it. He is clever like the real Michaelanglo.

Re: Please help me with my garter snake!
Don't go by how LONG the snake is. One of my babies, isn't long enough, but he can stick to the glue in the corners. And he knows it. I've had to seal the tiniest holes. They are escape artists. They'll find away out. Thats why you need secure cages.

Glad to hear he's back!
Like they said, it's better to stick to a known safe species for the fish.. They're probably cheaper than the tetras too.

Can i start holding him so he starts to get use to me?

Re: Please help me with my garter snake!
Heck, BECAUSE of the jailbreak I wouldn't.
I'd get him eating first. Or at least just wait a few more weeks before handling.
