OK, seriously, what is this...?

This little guy, found in Tenessee, is really throwing me for a loop.
It's supposed to be all easterns down there but his coloration is just so... odd.
Not to mention his side stripes...

haha, that looks like the easterns we have around my house. I know what you mean though, if you get used to seeing a certain type of eastern, and one that looks so different from them pops up it does throw you through a loop. Like when I go to potter, I normally expect to find mainly individuals lacking a top stripe and that have heavy amounts of reds and greens. So finding an eastern like that up there is actually a rare occurrence!
