I know how to turn it on & off When it is on it glares on the glass.
How do you get around that?

try putting the lense right up against the glass.... or maybe try some pics from above?

If you hold the camera at an angle, you won't get flashback into the lens. You should be able to turn the flash off, also.

Yep, at an angle or right up against the glass... even does an ok job through mesh lids.... but I still suck with my camera, too... lol

I usually do... but I was trying to sneak up on Sly & Ella the other day and took pics through the mesh. Not ideal, but if I opened the lid they would have ran for cover Remember not all of us have such outgoing snakes
