    I'm not convinced it's a toad........isn't it just a Wood Frog (Rana sylvatica)? Can you post a side view or a belly shot?

    Actually I'd put my money on Green Frog (Rana clamitans), he's got the right colour and dorsolateral ridges which Bullfrogs don't have. They're also quite common here in PA.

    I'd say that's a pretty small bullfrog for fall, at least from the ones around here. I'd also say it's a green frog, though it's coloration is a bit darker than most.
