Is the member galleries section the only place you are allowed to post pics of your snakes in? Say someone gets a new snake and wants to show it off...do they post it there? And how will everyone know they have a new pic? I looked around but didnt see any stickies explaining that (maybe I just missed it).

What about a "show off your thamnophis" section? Another forum I'm on has that and it's a big hit. Unless this server doesnt have enough space for all those pics.

Sorry for the newb questions...still trying to sort everything out here

The gallery is a place to STORE your pictures, Lynsey. Of course you can import them into your posts!

Oh ok...duh . So I would assume that when you want to show off your snake it can be posted in general?

You can pretty much post wherever seems relevant.... But General is a good start, yes.
