Well after two months they've finally hatched! Here's some pics of my thayeri eggs hatching and the first four that did hatch. Three more hatched after I took the pics, so that only leaves one more egg to hatch. The last egg is over a third larger then the other eggs....thinking super thayeri!!! LOL
Only got pics of them just starting to hatch, was worried about freaking them out with too many pics (nervous first time daddy!!!)

They're actually a subspecies of Mexican kingsnake....Lampropeltis mexicana thayeri...also called Nuevo Leon Kingsnakes or, for obvious reasons, Variable Kingsnakes. After Thamnophis, Lampropeltis is one of my favorite genuses of snakes. Originally Posted by Elliot
