    any interesting garters?

    hey you guys it ive been looking at garters for awhile and im finally ready to get one! i was wondering do any of you know of any garters with interesting coloring?

    I would say take your pick! They all have some interesting colors and patterns. I have an affinity towards T. e. vagrans and T. s. similis myself, but you can't go wrong with any garter.

    I think a greater challenge would be trying to find a garter snake without an interesting pattern....

    ya im trying to choose between a checkered albino garter and a florida blue striped garter now!

    If you find an albino checkered or a florida blue that you're happy with, let me know so that I can buy their litter mates! Those are my ultimate choices too. But right now I gotta survive my growing pains with my new baby. I wish new snakes came with a list of what they will or won't eat!
