    Unhappy not feeding

My little baby Floridor blue garters are not eating since i bought them home on
Wednesday 2nd of April. I have tried them on Garter Grub and Salmon. I have just put some Lance fish in with them and am hoping for some result.
i will look in on them later but am not holding my breath. should i try to force feed them if no luck. any advice on how to do so. thank you.

    Re: not feeding

Two or three weeks without feeding isn't unusual for Garters just settling in at a new environment. Nothing to worry about yet.

As Sid says, it's too early to consider force-feeding just yet.

Try to spray some water into the encloser before offering food next time
    and/or offer earthworms.

Try putting them in a feeding chamber with damp paper towels, several small nightcrawlers (or appropriate sized pieces) and leave them in the dark overnight.
