4 garters found...what are the chances they are all girls?

Hey in one location I found 3 garters...20 minutes away driving I found another. These are the only 4 garters I've gotten this year outside, I only plan on keeping a few. What are the chances they are all females? I've looked under and they all seem to taper fairly fast. I will try to post pics of their underneaths tomorrow.

It's very possible they are all females... this time of year, for some reason, I can't ever find males!!! I wonder where the males all go? All I ever find is gravid females! I probably won't see a wild male garter snake for the rest of the year...

I seem to find males at first as if there camping out waiting on the ladies to arrive then I don't see to many more males until late July and on. Being diurnal maybe we'd have better luck finding them at night when they come to a rest. But who knows

thanks, I really hoping to find a male for sure so I can tell the difference between both having them side by side, I gently popped them and that as well gave me all "females" then again I didn't apply much pressure either.
